Mirza Alam, M.D., D.ABNM
Dr. Alam received his M.D. in 1989 at Sindh University, Liaquat Medical School, Pakistan before coming to the U.S..
Dr. Alam received his neuromonitoring training at Harvard Medical School, Department of Anesthesia at Brigham and Women's Hospital in 1993.

Dr. Alam has held clinical positions at Newington Children's Hospital at the University of Connecticut and was a Staff Neurophysiologist within the Department of Neurological Surgery at the University of California San Francisco.
​
He holds the Diplomat from the American Board of Neurophysiological Monitoring (DABNM; 2000-present).
​
Dr. Alam specializes in cortical and spinal cord mapping and selective dorsal rhizotomies. Dr. Alam is current Clinical and Educational Director with Pacific Neurophysiological Systems.

Charlotte Moore, Ph.D., CCC-A

Charlotte received her Ph.D. in Auditory Neuroscience from the University of California San Francisco. She received her Diplomat from the American Board of Neurophysiological Monitoring (2002-2012).
​
She maintains her clinical Competency in Audiology from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association and is a member of the California Academy of Audiologist and the American Academy of Audiologists. She is Certified in Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitoring by the American Board of Registered Electroneurodiagnotic Technologists (ABRET.org).
